Manchmal ist weniger mehr. Zur Zeit versuche ich bei der Erstellung eines Blogposts das große Ganze nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren. Konkret heist dass, das der Post wichtiger ist als die Teile die ihn bilden.
Dann schaffen es vielleicht nicht alle Fotos in den Beitrag. Aber dafür ergibt sich ein stimmigeres Gesamtpaket. Selbst gute Bilder schaffen es dann teilweise nicht in die Endauswahl.
Das Ziel ist allerdings auch den Blogpost um die besten Bilder herum aufzubauen. In diesem Sinne funktioniert der Prozess in beide Richtungen. Die Einzelbilder beeinflussen das Gesamtpaket und das Gesamtpaket beeinflusst die Auswahl der einzelnen Bilder. Eine Balance zwischen diesen beiden Faktoren zu finden ist eine der Herausforderungen und Ziele des Blogposts.

Sometimes less is more. At the moment I am trying to keep the whole picture in mind when creating a blog post. This means that the post becomes more important than the parts, by which it is constituted.
Maybe not all photographs make it into the final post. But this in turn causes a more coherent whole. Even very good images might then not make the final cut.
But the aim is also to construct the blog post around the best photographs. In this sense the process goes both ways. The single images influence the appearance of the whole and the whole shapes the selection of the individual images. It is one of the goals and challenges of each blog post to find the right balance between these two factors.
